How outcomes are counted

Successful reports are notices where the available information supported an action. Removed Pages counts pages made unavailable and can therefore be lower than Successful. Unsuccessful covers incomplete, unsupported or out-of-scope notices. Questions about these categories can be raised through Contact Us.
